The free trial allows you to try the service without payment. No credit card is required. The trial automatically expires after the stated trial period, and access will end unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your billing date is the date you first subscribe and repeats monthly. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted global payment processor used by many other major enterprises including Amazon, Shopify, DoorDash, Lyft, and Zoom.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months of service, unused time, accidental purchases, early cancellations, and promotional or discounted periods. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund, and your subscription will not renew after the current cycle ends.
After your billing period ends, access to the broadcast channel will end, and your personalised invite link will be invalidated. You can still access your account in this website to renew your subscription.
Paid subscribers receive a one-time Telegram invite link to the My NHS Job Alerts broadcast channel, where instant job notifications are delivered.
All payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers, are never stored by us, and are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe.
If any information on this website, in emails, or within the user interface differs from the Terms & Conditions on this page, these Terms & Conditions will take precedence. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions override all other information.
